You love the babies? You would like to keep up with them?
This is your chance! Every year, we chose one of the first 3 baby orphans to become the Baby of the Year about whom you will get updates, photos and much more! We follow this baby all the way up they are 1 year old, and watch how they settle in their new troop family.
Once the new babies arrive (usually October to November), we will nominate the next Baby of the Year. This means, it is an annual adoption for different babies each year. As all these babies are rescues, we can't predict when they will arrive and we don't know their background until we welcome them into our care. Some years, the orphan will have a rather smooth journey, in our years, their path with be littered with obstacles. However the Baby of the Year's journey will go, your adoption and your support will contribute to all rescue orphans and help significantly in our work as a sanctuary. Every orphan baby will be introduced to a Monkey Foster mum as early as possible for medical and developmental reasons. Once they are bonded with their fostermum, they will join their mum into the new troop and welcomed by the juveniles and females into the family.
Therefore, it is a bit of a surprise each year and it will never get boring! Strap on your baby hat and let's adore some babies!
